This is the PERFECT Lockdown treat! It's so simple, using just 3 main ingredients you can add to it whatever you like: biscuits, chocolate bars, crisps, pretzels, cereal, nuts, dried fruit, sweeties....ANYTHING GOES for this bake. FULL RECIPE (half quantity below)
For the base mixture:
300g Chocolate (I used 54% but use whatever you like)
200g Butter (salted or unsalted)
2 tbsp Golden Syrup (or honey, or corn syrup)

What I used in my fridge cake:
12 Biscuits
3 Chocolate bars
2 Rice Krispie Squares
2 Handfuls of Marshmallows
Smarites and Pretzels to decorate

HALF RECIPE/QUANTITY

150g Chocolate (I used 54% but use whatever you like)
100g Butter (salted or unsalted)
1 tbsp Golden Syrup (or honey, or corn syrup)
