Yet another creation of Jeff “Beachbum” Berry with a typical tiki construction including a split rum base. This was Beachbum Berry’s remake of Trader Vic’s Navy Grog. The small measure of all spice brings depth to what is essentially a form of rum sour.

INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Dark Jamaican Rum (1 oz)
- 30ml Demerera Rum (1 oz)
- 7.5ml Allspice Dram (0.25 oz)
- 22.5ml Lime Juice (0.75 oz)
- 7.5ml Simple Syrup (0.25 oz)
- 7.5ml White Grapefruit Juice (0.25 oz)

METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge
